It it my philosophy that the early years is the most important in a child development.It is my role as a future teacher, co learner and as a facilitator to provide a child with the structure they need to grow. My children will also grow by using their imagination. My job is to get to know each child individually and give them the attention and love they need to excel.
It is my main focus that my children have fun while learning.I will encourage my students to succeed. As a future teacher I would provide age appropriate material that a child can learn from. I would set a weekly goal and if that goal is meet I would provide that child with rewards. As a teacher the rewards to my students would be a getting to choose something educational from the treasure box. The learning curriculum that I would choose to follow in the classroom would vary based on the age of the child, however, I would make sure that it is age appropriate.
As a teacher it is my goal to have a low student to teacher ratio. My classroom will be based on student- centered teaching. I want my students to ask questions if they don't understand; also I would engage in conversations with my students regarding educational topics.
Technology would play a big role in my classroom. As we approach the 21st century we a using more technology. I want my kids to be able to have an awareness of how to use technology. Some of the ways that I can do this is in my classroom I would use projectors, computers, tape recorders, television, and any gadget that will help my children get familiar with the basics of technology.

Your philosophy was amazing to read. You seem to have a set factor of how you would like your classroom to be. The enjoyment of being a teacher should show and you have defiantly proved that. Technology is forever changing, but the more we engage them into this field, the more they will use it in the future. It's never too early to sit them in front of a computer and tell them the various parts and what they do.
